Maple products that are made are as follows:
Syrup: Light, Medium and Dark Amber, Maple Cream and Sugar Cakes
Our Medium Amber is bottled or jugged and we use Dark Amber for jelly, coated peanuts, fudge, mustard, dressing, peanut brittle and a variety of delicious treats.
The sugaring season starts in early March and lasts approximately four weeks.
